Voluntary Sector Studies Network

VSSN New Resarchers Network - we now have a new discussion site on Yammer which will go live in December 2011. The New Researchers Network is for those working, studying or researching in the third sector. If you would like to join the discussions email Mathew Hill who can invite you into the chat!

It aims to provide a forum for sharing information and ideas between researchers who are new to the sector. The main activity of the network is organising a free New Researcher Session at the VSSN/ NCVO research conference but it is also important for new researchers to have space to communicate with each other throughout the year.

The network is aimed at any researcher who is new to the voluntary sector, which could include PhD students, early career researchers or experienced researchers who have changed sector. All are welcome.

We will place regular updates on the pages to notify you of upcoming events and matters of interest but we also hope that you will help to make the forum successful by adding posts and comments on these pages.
