Voluntary Sector Studies Network

Inspiring Leaders has been designed for people leading small, voluntary sector organisations / groups. It offers a 6 day programme spread over 12 weeks focussing on developing practical leadership skills such as: organisational learning, sustainability, networking, enterprise, psychological contract, full cost recovery, etc. It is delivered by a range of tutors from the public, private and voluntary sector with a dedicated Coordinator overseeing: application and selection of participants, online reflection, post event interviews and further skills workshops. It can be designed for a specific community or group, and funding has been received in recent years to run programmes across the North West of England. The programme is non accredited, ensuring that topics and issues can be adapted to suit the audience's needs.
